The National Staff Friends and
Family Test
(FFT) asks two questions; one about the care we provide and one
about working at the Trust. Please take
the time to answer the two questions and provide comments to explain why you gave
your answers. The
Staff FFT does
not replace the annual NHS staff survey; it is designed to complement and give
a
more real time picture of staff experience. The Staff FFT will provide a
regular ‘temperature check’ every quarter between
the annual surveys.
It is important that you feel reassured that the survey is
confidential and understand your anonymity is assured.
Responses can not be traced to email addresses.
